Our Philosophy

What We Offer

We provide elite training across multiple disciplines:

• Violin and Cello – Rigorous, individualized instruction focused on both technical mastery and expressive artistry
• Chamber Music – Ensemble coaching in duets, trios, quartets, quintets, and octets, including full piano chamber repertoire
• Orchestral Program – Advanced students may be invited to perform with the Hsia & Goh Chamber Orchestra, a professional-level ensemble led by Malaysia’s top musicians
• Competition & Audition Coaching – Intensive preparation for international competitions, conservatories, and scholarships
• Musicianship & Performance Psychology – Developing well-rounded musicians through theory, listening, and mental training

Chamber Music with Piano

Chamber music is a core part of our curriculum, and our offerings include:

• Piano Trios
• Piano Quartets
• Piano Quintets
• Piano Sonatas – taught with the same musical depth and technical rigor as in top institutions such as the Paris Conservatoire

It is a matter of meeting with the student to understand what level of repertoire they are ready to explore and grow into with us. Whether for collaboration, competition, or artistic development, chamber music with piano remains an essential part of our musical ecosystem.

The Hsia & Goh Chamber Orchestra

The Hsia & Goh Chamber Orchestra represents the Studio’s highest performance tier. Built around a dream team of leading musicians—Dr. Goh Chia-Chien, Mustafa Fuzer Nawi, Brian Larson,The Twins(Kylie&Kyvie Tan), Toko Inomoto, and Aamil Sulaiman—the Orchestra provides select students with the rare opportunity to train and perform alongside seasoned professionals in real concert settings.
